Satisfying careers; rewarding industry.

Our core values are centred around teamwork and personnel development.

Our goal is to attract and retain the very best quality people and support their success through an engaging work environment and professional growth. We have many red seal journeymen on staff, and we’re proud to offer comprehensive assistance to our apprentices through their apprenticeship process.

Be a name, not a number. At Allied, we truly care about our staff, and our main goal is to make you feel valued.

At Allied, we are always looking to expand our team of skilled plumbing, heating, and air conditioning technicians. We also looking for new apprentices willing to learn and grow in this industry.

Commercial plumbing is more attractive than residential plumbing:

  • you won’t have to be a salesperson (head office has already sold the job)

  • you won’t have to collect payments (head office bills and collects from customers)

  • 40-hour work weeks due to a significant backlog of work

We also offer:

  • paid training opportunities for upgrading skills

  • skills growth through opportunities to work on complex projects

  • competitive wages – we match union standards

  • deferred profit sharing

  • paid on-call time

  • company vehicle

  • cell phone reimbursement

  • work boot allowance to cover the cost of safety boots

  • medical and dental benefits

  • access to use of all tools and equipment needed

  • regular staff functions, prizes, and team building (BBQ's at the shop, staff meetings, various gift cards, tickets to sporting events)

  • Are you a journeyman who is keen to do maintenance plumbing, not new construction plumbing?

If so, then we would love to chat further with you. We are always interested in expanding our team of trained professionals.

  • If you have completed at least TT2 (Level 2 Technical Training) and have at least 24 months of practical experience, then we will work with you to help you achieve your career goals.

  • No problem! If you have integrity, high energy, commitment and an aptitude for working with tools, then we can train you with the skills needed to do the job.

  • Mechanical room rebuilds, preventative maintenance, and more.

  • • Excellent spoken English language proficiency

    • Valid BC driver’s License

    • Clean driving record

    • No criminal record

    • Work Permit/Citizenship (i.e. Eligible to work in Canada)

    • Comfortable with on-call expectations

  • • Currently the expectation is for each technician to cover one week of “On-Call” approximately every 6-7 weeks.

    • On-call technicians must be available to attend after-hours emergencies that occur Monday - Friday between 4:30pm - 7:00am, the weekend, and the following stat holiday Monday (if there is one).

    • For each week of on call the technician will be paid an extra 8 hours at straight time.

    • For each emergency call the technician will be paid a minimum of 2 hours at time-and-a-half pay.

The lower mainland is growing, and so is our team! Don't miss out on your chance for an exciting new career.
